Gary Furr is a husband, father, musician, writer, speaker, teacher and leader... but not necessarily in that order. He is also an ordained Baptist minister and has served as pastor of Vestavia Hills Baptist Church since 1993.

Coming from a family musical tradition, Gary plays guitar, mandolin and a little dobro.

In addition to his solo efforts, Gary also performs as part of Shades Mountain Air, another Pitch client. He has recorded three albums, including his most recent Permanent World of Pretend.
